Okay so maybe we don't have that snorkelling but our staff members do work very hard to keep the pond clean and prawns healthy so that you can enjoy your time here with great catch rates. To ensure our ponds are maintained to the highest standards, our staff will get into the water EVERYDAY to clean out the dead prawns and rubbish that might have fallen into the ponds. It may not seem like a lot but the daily maintenance is crucial to ensuring that you get to fish healthy prawns, after all, you are putting it in your mouth.

ABOUT US
It all started with a man who had a passion for fishing and a dream to revive the Kampung spirit and lifestyle in the heart of Singaporeans. The late founder of Hai Bin, Alex, decided then that he would make it his dream to create a space of rest and relaxation that might revive the passion of fishing in the midst of our hectic urban lives.
Thus began Hai Bin's journey as Prawn Fishing Pond in Sin Ming Avenue, Bishan in 2007. In just 13 years, Hai Bin has grown and expanded to provide high quality prawn fishing experiences to our customers in Jurong, Punggol as well as Sembawang.
It has been remarkable to experience the revival of prawn fishing, more affectionately referred to as prawning, as a popular pastime in Singapore. Being a solo or group activity alike, prawning has garnered a strong following since its introduction to the city state more than 20 years ago. It is an activity that doesn't discriminate, from young children who seek the thrill of the catch, to the busy older folk who wish to seek a respite from the bustle of city life. Regardless of age or background, the beloved pastime is synonymous with bonding, family and just laughter and smiles of relaxation all around. In fact we have included for parents who are hesitant to let your child dive into prawning right away smaller ponds for net catching tiny fish! We guarantee that children under 12 will love it, our only wish is for you to take back the memory and thrill of catching something with your own hands!

We strive to deliver and manage the best quality prawning venues to our clients through our capable family of staff who specialize in various aspects of the business such as pond water and environmental management, prawn stock management, infrastructure and logistics managements as well as operations management.
OUR BUSINESS
We specialize in the design, creation and management of concept prawn fishing ponds in prime locations around Singapore. As the leading provider and operator of prawning ponds, we can vouch that our partners and landlords have enjoyed significantly increased traffic and added value to their business concepts.
Hai Bin also operates the Banyan Beer Garden; a specially curated al-fresco style bar and cafe, serving western style meals, lots of yummy snacks and a satay stand for freshly grilled otah and satay.
We presently operate in one prawning venue in 6 Tebing Lane, Punggol
as our HomeTeamNS Sembawang site was recently closed in March 2020.
